Your Voice. Center Stage.

Hi, I’m Mark.

I am a professional voice coach and musician with 30+ years of experience coaching thousands of performers, from up and coming artists to American idol semi finalists and Grammy Award winners.

I’ve fronted my own bands, had a recording contract, performed on the NBC today show, performed nationally with the Grammy–winning hit 80’s band Nu Shooz, am an award winning songwriter and was inducted into the Oregon Music Hall of Fame.

I train my clients to break through their perceived obstacles and to let their unique voice shine through. Supporting and witnessing this transformation is my greatest passion.

Hi, I’m Mark.

As a professional voice coach and musician with 30+ years of experience, I've coached thousands of performers, from up and coming artists to American Idol semi-finalists and Grammy Award nominees.

I was inducted into the Oregon Music Hall of Fame, was offered a recording contract after singing on the NBC Today Show, performed nationally with the Grammy–nominated hit 80’s band Nu Shooz, and am an award winning songwriter.

My Center Stage Voice Method helps clients to overcome whatever's blocking their unique voice from shining through. Supporting this transformation is my greatest passion.

Where to begin.

Whether you are a beginner, rising star or professional singer, I am committed to getting you where you want to go. Choose one of the three tracks to success below to get started.

I feel blessed to have spent the last year and a half working with Mark. He not only helped me with the technical aspects of singing but helped with dynamics and emotional expression—what it truly means to be a singer. I have never felt more confident and free with my voice as I do now and I have Mark to thank for that. Rock on…
HAYLEY JOHNSEN
American Idol semi-finalist

I was scheduled to sing on the Jimmy Fallon show (The Tonight Show), which was in the middle of an intense tour. On the day of the show I woke up sick. Before working with Mark this would have been a complete nightmare, but because of his coaching, tools and techniques nobody could tell I was sick as a dog and the show was a success. If I hadn’t been working with Mark I would not have been able to sing at all that night.

The whole process of singing was a mystery to me even though I was now doing it for a living every night. I was preparing to sing on the Jimmy Fallon show (The Tonight Show), which was in the middle of an intense tour. On the day of the show I woke up sick.
